Business Meetings and Service
Our Business Meetings are on the last Saturday of the month. To sign up for service positions and participate in the Group Conscience meeting, please attend then. If you would like to do service or have any items for discussion and cannot make our meeting, please contact our Secretary Erin M. at EPM925@gmail.com
Available Monthly Service Positions and Requirements:
- Meeting Leader/Moderator
- Reads the Scripts, calls on people to read and to speak, facilitates meeting.
- Abstinence Requirement: None, except for Sunday Newcomer Meeting which requires 90 days continuous abstinence.
- Length of service: 1 month
Screen Sharer:
- Logs on 10 to 15 minutes early to get set up
- Given Zoom Co-hosting abilities
- Shares documents on screen during meeting as needed
- Abstinence Requirement: None.
- Length of Service: 1 Month
Security Host:
- Logs on 15-20 minutes early to claim zoom host
- Facilitates meeting safety with waiting room
- Mutes open microphones
- Handles zoom disruptor situations on an as needed basis.
- This position requires training from our Secretary Erin M, please email EPM925@icloud.com if you are interested and willing to do this service.
- Abstinence Requirement: None
- Length of Service: 1 Month
Back-up:
- Person is available 10-15 minutes before meeting and to fill in for Meeting Leader/Moderator or ScreenSharer on an as needed basis
- Abstinence requirement: None.
- Length of Service: 1 month
